In this free session, you will learn the fundamental principles of project management, including:

Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and interactive activities, you will gain hands-on experience in applying project management tools and techniques to real-world scenarios. You will also have the opportunity to work in teams to develop a project plan and present your findings to the class.
In addition to the in-person session, you will have access to an online course page where you can access course materials, assignments, and further learning sources. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other students and instructors to ask questions and discuss course content.
